Terms & Conditions for delivery service to Corporate

Delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday for lunch only and in the North\North-East area.
Orders should be placed before 10am latest to be delivered between 11am and 13pm on the same day (including Daily Selection & A la Carte). Please note that we cannot accept any cancellation after 10:30am.
A minimum amount of RS 800.- is required.
Payment should be done by Bank transfer, MCB JUICE before delivery or by cash/cheque on delivery.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for any unforeseen delay beyond our control. However, should any delay arise, the customer will be made aware as soon as possible.

Orders from the Daily Selection or A la Carte should be placed 1h minimum before the requested pick up time.
Orders from The Chef’s Selection should be placed between 24h and 48h minimum before the requested pick up time and a minimum number of orders may be required, please see the menu for more information.
Please note that for any order from the Chef’s Selection, half payment will be required on order and final balance on the requested pick up day. Once first payment received, no refund will be possible if cancellation is made less than 12h before.
